Nice work! For comparison purposes, I ran 73.1 miles in June, but divided that amongst 18 runs. (This includes my planned run at lunch today.) Longest run was 6.1; shortest was a rain-shortened loop of 2.2.
Ha! No competition here - that's Eric's job ;) - but i've become addicted to lunch time runs as a way of clearing my head of the morning's detritus and getting ready for the rest of the day. I was at home taking care of Trey yesterday and didn't get to exercise and could really feel the difference, both mentally and physically.

ReplyDeleteI hope you didn't plan your lunchtime run today just so that you could beat me. :)
ReplyDelete18 runs, I'm really impressed.

ReplyDeletei've finished the month at 40, in 9 runs.
seems like the red sox, my run production tapered significantly in the end of the month.
btw, you're getting faster Joel; just under 10m/m pace for June! nice work!
